The worlds of AEW and WWE often intersect, especially with pro wrestlers and their real-life relationships. Fans and talents are also known to come together in times of need, despite heel or babyface status, and whatever is happening on-screen. Natalya is now offering her support in an emotional message after a veteran AEW star offered an update on this week's tragedy.

The Queen of Harts is based out of the Orlando area, as are many other pro wrestlers. Most in the industry are based out of Florida on the East Coast, the Chicago area in the Midwest, or the Los Angeles area on the West Coast. The wrestling world has rallied behind its stars in Florida during recent weather-related incidents, and now we're seeing the same happen amid the catastrophic fires in California. Taya Valkyrie and Johnny TV are among the LA-based wrestlers.

The Main Character is from Canada, but her husband, the former John Morrison of WWE, was born in LA. After a firestorm and multiple fires, more than 10,000 structures were destroyed, several citizens are dead, and many families forced to evacuate. One of the world's most iconic cities, with a storied pro wrestling past, has been devastated by one of the most destructive fires in state history. Taya and Johnny had to be evacuated, but their home was spared.

Valkyrie took to X to provide an update on how she and Johnny TV are doing. The AEW-ROH star recalled how quickly the tragedy unfolded, but confirmed that she and Johnny are doing OK.

"It all happened so quickly, absolute nightmare the last 24hrs. But we're ok. [heart emoji]," Taya Valkyrie wrote.

The Queen of Harts responded with a message of support to the former Franky Monet of WWE, as have many wrestling stars. Natalya expressed happiness over the update, but pointed to how heartbreaking the situation is.

"I'm so happy you guys are ok. My heart is breaking for those affected by the fires in Los Angeles. [pensive face emoji]," Natalya wrote.

Despite their lengthy careers, Natalya and Taya have never shared the ring. Natalya has been with WWE for almost twenty years, while Valkyrie was signed to the company from February 4 - November 4, 2021. The former TNA Knockouts World Champion has been with AEW since March 15, 2023.
