A current champion in AEW abused the current World Champion, Jon Moxley, in a backstage promo after this week's Dynamite. The star also referenced The Death Riders in the segment.

The AEW star in question is the current TNT Champion, Daniel Garcia. On AEW Dynamite, Garcia took on Kyle Fletcher in the last match of the Continental Classic's Blue League. At the end of an amazing back-and-forth encounter, Garcia failed to defeat Fletcher.

After AEW Dynamite, Daniel Garcia cut an exclusive backstage promo, where he discussed his loss and the Jon Moxley-led Death Riders. Garcia also used some cuss words for Moxley while declaring himself the champion of the people. The Red Death said:

"Got a lot of people running around, doing whatever they want thinking they run the place. Our World Champion is a human piece of dog sh*t. Someone here has gotta be a champ for the people. This isn't my belt, that's AEW's title, okay?" [1:17-1:42]

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

Moxley and The Death Riders have destroyed multiple stars over the past few months. It seems like TNT Champion Daniel Garcia could be their next target after he abused the AEW World Champion.

Jon Moxley is set to defend the AEW World Championship on Saturday

Jon Moxley won the AEW World Championship at WrestleDream, and fans have not seen the title on TV ever since. At Full Gear 2024, Moxley defeated Orange Cassidy to successfully retain the gold.

The Purveyor of Violence is slated to defend his AEW World Title in a four-way match on Saturday at Worlds End. Moxley will take on Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and 'Hangman' Adam Page with the World Title on the line.

The four-way bout could lead to Moxley losing his title because the other competitors don't need to pin or submit the champion to reign supreme. It will be interesting to see what transpires in the title match on Saturday.
