The Young Bucks just made a startling comment ahead of their upcoming title match at AEW Dynasty 2024.

The Young Bucks are one of the most popular tag teams in the world of professional wrestling. During their 20-year career, they have accomplished a lot and will go down as one of the greatest tag teams of all time.

They have come a long way in their careers from when they started 20 years ago. Currently, they are the EVPs of AEW and will let everyone know about their position. The Bucks are currently feuding with FTR and will face them at AEW Dynasty in a ladder match. Ahead of this match, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson interviewed with Sports Illustrated where they stated that this ladder match will be one of their last ever:

"This particular ladder match is a big one for us," Matt Jackson said. "We're self-aware enough to realize that this is probably one of our last ones. Every time you do one of these, you're shortening your career, and our days are numbered already either way." [H/T Wrestling Inc.]

The Young Bucks promised a big surprise at AEW Dynasty

AEW PPVs are known for their surprises. Over the years, some of the biggest names in professional wrestling have made their debut on a PPV. Names like Bryan Danielson, Adam Copeland, and Adam Cole come to mind.

Hence, with AEW Dynasty around the corner, The Young Bucks have promised some surprises for the show during the same interview:

“Nobody does pay-per-view like AEW. Expect big surprises. No other tag team in history consistently performs in big title matches like us. We have the most talented roster in wrestling history, thanks to Tony and your EVPs, and we try to top every PPV with an even better one. Dynasty will go down in history as one of the best PPV events in wrestling history.”

This comes after rumors have started spreading about The Motor City Machine Guns heading to AEW. Hence, it will be interesting to see if this is what the Bucks were alluding to.
