AEW star Ricochet recently replied to a fan, who criticized the star's performance in the promotion. He wrestled at the fifth anniversary of Dynamite.
The One and Only has been a great high-flyer in the squared circle. He had the same tone while wrestling in WWE, although it wasn't as impactful as in the Jacksonville-based promotion. In AEW, he has developed a certain character and is featured more on TV.
On the fifth anniversary of Dynamite, the former United States Champion faced the current International Champion, Will Ospreay, in a magnificent contest. The contest was restarted once the stars pinned each other. Shockingly, Konosuke Takeshita disrupted the bout to make a statement.
Recently, a fan criticized the International Championship's opening sequence and claimed it wasn't wrestling. The Highlight of the Night responded to the fan with a three-word message.
"Yeah it is," he wrote.

ECW veteran believes Ricochet is the next Rey Mysterio
The Master of 619 has been wrestling in the global sports entertainment juggernaut for decades. Due to his extensive experience, many look forward to learning new things from the masked luchador.
While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Tommy Dreamer stated that Ricochet would reach new heights in AEW and deemed the star the next Rey Mysterio.
"I always said he's the next Rey Mysterio. Don't think he had that opportunity to be that [in WWE]. So if he goes out and becomes a proven draw, then I think that's a good move for Ricochet. He hit the glass ceiling, I feel, in WWE," he said.
At the WrestleDream pay-per-view, Will Ospreay will defend his International Championship against the former WWE Superstar and Konosuke Takeshita. It will be interesting to see if the One and Only would capture his first AEW Title at the event in Tacoma Dome.
