Saraya pitches a huge alliance with 38-year-old star in AEW - "Wanna help or something?"

Former AEW Women's Champion Saraya recently proposed an alliance with a major female star in her current rivalry with Jamie Hayter. The star in question is none other than Thunder Rosa.

Jamie Hayter returned to AEW at All In where she interrupted Saraya and took out the rest of the Knight Family and Harley Cameron. Hayter has been a thorn in Saraya's side ever since, as last night's Rampage saw the former Women's Champion once again exchange blows with Harley Cameron. However, Saraya managed to sneak out of the ring in time.

On X (fka Twitter), Saraya shared the clip of the segment and said that Jamie Hayter was obsessed with her. Thunder Rosa responded by agreeing with the former Divas Champion. Saraya reacted to Rosa's comments and asked if she wanted to help her against Jamie Hayter.

Giulia debuted at NXT No Mercy where she confronted the NXT Women's Champion, Roxanne Perez. On the post-No Mercy NXT episode, she officially challenged Roxanne for the NXT Women's Championship on the CW premiere of NXT on October 1.

In a recent edition of the Busted Open podcast, Thunder Rosa shared how she wasn't impressed with the company's presentation of the Japanese star. The AEW star stated that the company should have aired a package explaining why Giulia was going after the top prize in the NXT Women's Division.

"You've got to introduce her properly, because she's about to go on top of the food chain. She's not going for a girl that's just starting and beating her a*s, she's going for a championship. This is something company's need to do with people coming in that have big hype: a big f*****g video package. Explain their story and hype, why they're signed and going for the championship. Explain that because if not, you're doing a disservice to the person coming in," Thunder Rosa said.

The CW premiere of NXT is shaping up to be a huge show with the rumors of several top stars potentially showing up on October 1. It will be interesting to see if the NXT Women's Title changes hands on the show.
