Seth Rollins possibly makes subtle reference to controversial AEW star on WWE RAW

Seth Rollins caused a stir as he possibly made a subtle reference to a controversial AEW star on WWE RAW. This took place as he confronted CM Punk tonight.

The star in question is none other than Hangman Adam Page. Adam Page and CM Punk were in a bitter real-life feud during the latter's time in AEW. The controversial star accused The Best in the World of many things, which started their rivalry.

On RAW, CM Punk was out talking about his match at SummerSlam and said that he wanted to have a rematch with Drew McIntyre. Much to his surprise, Seth Rollins came out. Interestingly, he did not come out with his flashy attire.

The former world champion came out in a black leather jacket similar to that of Hangman Adam Page, which seemed to have surprised Punk.

Punk also commented on it and pointed out that, given that he was dressed like a cowboy, he would be his huckleberry. For those unaware, Page is nicknamed anxious millennial cowboy on AEW.

Just as they were about to come to blows, Drew McIntyre, who was seen coming out from the crowd, interrupted them. It was interesting to see Seth Rollins possibly make a reference to Punk’s time in AEW.
