Former AEW Women's World Champion Dr. Britt Baker is reportedly set to return to television on this week's Wednesday Night Dynamite. The D.M.D. was recently suspended following a backstage verbal altercation with Maxwell Jacob Friedman.
On the July 17 edition of Dynamite, Baker reportedly made some critical remarks on The Salt of The Earth in the female locker room. Her remarks were overheard by MJF's girlfriend, Alicia Atout, who conveyed the same to the reigning American Champion.
An angry Friedman reportedly confronted The D.M.D., which led to a heated verbal altercation. The disciplinary committee later fined and suspended the former AEW Women's World Champion for an undisclosed period.

However, according to PWInsider, Britt Baker is set to return to AEW TV on this week's Wednesday Night Dynamite.

After the news of Britt Baker's backstage verbal altercation with MJF went viral, a new rumor started swirling around the internet. The rumors claimed that The D.M.D. also misbehaved with AEW's Wrestling Administration Coordinator Will Washington and refused to take creative directions from him, which forced the latter to file an HR complaint against her.
However, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select debunked this rumor on Twitter (X), revealing that Will never filed a complaint against Baker as he doesn't handle the former Women's World Champion's creative.
Later, the 33-year-old seemingly addressed the rumors with a post on her Instagram Story.
"You ever heard a rumor about yourself and actually wanted to hear more? Like no way... what did I do next?!" the post read.
Meanwhile, Britt Baker will challenge Mercedes Mone for the TBS Championship at the upcoming All In PPV later this month. It will be interesting to see if she manages to dethrone The CEO at Wembley Stadium.
