AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone is currently in an alliance with Kamille. The latter has had the former's back for the past several weeks. However, there is a possibility that this partnership might not last for long. In this week's episode of Dynamite, Kamille locked horns with former AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander. This match was short but intense.

Statlander won this bout convincingly by pinning the former NWA World Women's Champion. This was the 32-year-old's first loss in the company. After this result, Mercedes Mone was furious with her ally. She ordered Kamille to leave the ring and go backstage, and the latter did as she was told. After witnessing this unfold, fans on X (fka Twitter) are urging the former Sasha Banks to fire “The Brickhouse” and replace her with 26-year-old indie talent, Megan Bayne.

Mercedes Mone's dream is to face the reigning ROH Women's World Champion, Athena

In the latest issue of her weekly newsletter, Mone named her top five fantasy matches. She dreamt of facing Manami Toyota, Kyoko Inoue, Trish Stratus, Mickie James, and Athena. Interestingly, she called the reigning ROH Women's World Champion an incredible talent and added that, if given the opportunity, she and the former Ember Moon would bring the house down.

"A dream match would be against Athena- the Ring of Honor Women’s champion. I’ve only had two matches with her, but they have been multi-women matches. I think she’s an incredible talent. Like the others, I’ve never seen women do things that she’s done before," wrote Mone in her newsletter.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Mercedes Mone, Kamille, and even Megan Bayne.
