Swerve Strickland spotted with popular star from WWE RAW's Netflix debut

Swerve Strickland has been spotted with a popular star from WWE RAW’s Netflix debut last week. This will no doubt surprise the fans a little bit.

WWE RAW debuted on Netflix last week, and it was a resounding success. The Rock, John Cena, Hulk Hogan, and The Undertaker all graced the event with their presence. On top of that, there were a lot of celebrities present too.

One of those celebrities was Travis Scott. The rapper brought the house down when he made his entry with Jey Uso. After his tryst with WWE last week, he was seen with AEW star Swerve Strickland this week.

He was not the only one as the former AEW World Champion met up with 50 Cent, Emmitt Smith, and DJ Khaled. The AEW Twitter page posted some photos from the meet-up and wrote:

“Today in Port St. Lucie, Florida former AEW World Champion, @swerveconfident attended the "Reggie Jackson Mr. October Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic" with @trvisXX, @50cent, @EmmittSmith22 & @djkhaled.”

Matt Riddle hails Swerve Strickland

Swerve Strickland is a very popular star, and there is no debate about that. He clearly has a lot of fans in the wrestling world, and one of them is none other than former WWE star Matt Riddle.

The former United States Champion was a guest on SHAK Wrestling when he revealed his admiration for Strickland. He said:

"Swerve, I'll say this, it's a different generation, and Swerve is very talented and he is of that new generation of top-tier wrestlers that not only are strong enough, big enough, but can go and can go on a certain clip."

That is some high praise indeed, and Strickland will no doubt be very appreciative of that fact. It will be interesting to see if the two stars will cross paths anytime soon.
