The Elite's Kazuchika Okada pulled off a dastardly maneuver in his latest match on AEW Collision. The Japanese phenom defeated his opponent after tearing off his mask, and wrestling fans have now given their reactions to the moment.
Kazuchika Okada has been exploring his villainous side since signing with AEW. The multi-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion has seized control of the promotion alongside The Young Bucks and Jack Perry, and he's displaying his dominance both in the ring and on the mic.
On the latest episode of AEW Collision, The Rainmaker faced off with Lucha Libre legend Ultimo Guerrero in an eliminator match for his Continental Championship. Okada was able to put the 52-year-old away in 12 minutes, but not before stripping him of his mask.
Okada yanked the mask off Guerrero's face, then hit his finisher, the Rainmaker, as the Mexican star was trying to put it back on. As Ultimo Guerrero fell, his mask came off completely:
Fans drowned out a popular wrestler with 'She's a racist' chants recently
Fans are divided over the spot, with some admonishing Okada for his villainous tactics:

Kazuchika Okada is playing a new role on AEW television
Kazuchika Okada is known primarily for his dominant reigns as IWGP Heavyweight Champion in New Japan Pro-Wrestling. The Rainmaker was considered a prodigy in Japan and has put on highly acclaimed matches with Kenny Omega, Katsuyori Shibata, Tetsuya Naito, and others.
For this reason, many fans were shocked when the 36-year-old joined The Elite upon signing with AEW. Since then, The Rainmaker has been exercising his villainous and comedic chops, cutting humorous promos and insulting fans in English.
Okada took it to another level during last week's AEW Dynamite when he cut off The Acclaimed's entrance music. The Rainmaker claimed that he'd pressed the wrong button while sitting at the control desk and made a show of crying before using his new catchphrase: "b*tch."
Kazuchika Okada is flying high with The Elite at the moment, but several AEW stars are getting fed up with the group domineering the company's programming. Whether anyone can put a stop to their reign remains to be seen.
