During last week's edition of AEW Collision, Buddy Matthews was taken out while backstage. The House of Black members have broken their silence tonight.

On this week's episode of AEW Collision, Malakai Black and Brody King took on MSG and LSG in tag team action, in what ended up being a squash match. This comes a week after their comrade Buddy Matthews was taken out by The Patriarchy while he was being attended to by the medical staff.

He seemingly suffered a knee injury during their match against The Bang Bang Gang and was taken backstage to be checked on, which resulted in it becoming a handicap match. The House of Black ended up escaping with a narrow win. Now, despite earning a future World Trios title opportunity, they only have two available members remaining.

After their match tonight, Ian Riccaboni interviewed them at the ramp and asked how they felt about Buddy's injury last week. Malakai Black laughed this off, calling it a "human question," while Brody claimed that they felt nothing.

It is safe to assume that The House of Black is either unfazed by the situation or feels no remorse for their fallen comrade and is looking toward what's next for them. It remains to be seen how their trios predicament will go, seeing as they are lacking one teammate.
