The Hurt Syndicate has taken AEW by storm. Their members consist of MVP, Bobby Lashley, and Shelton Benjamin. They were previously signed to the WWE.
A few weeks ago, MVP approached Ricochet and invited him to join the faction. However, earlier this month, this offer was receded. Countless fans across the world believe that The Human Highlight Reel would have been a perfect fit in The Hurt Syndicate. They were not too glad to see MVP tear the business card he gave to the former WWE Intercontinental Champion. However, some believe there is still a strong possibility that at Worlds End 2024, Ricochet will join the faction.
At the upcoming pay-per-view, Ricochet will lock horns with the reigning AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada in the semi-finals of the 2024 Continental Classic. If he is victorious, he will advance to the finals and face either Will Ospreay or Kyle Fletcher. The Hurt Syndicate could pull off a shocker by interfering in the last match of the tournament and helping the high flyer become the new Continental Champion. Furthermore, the trio might then proceed to formally induct the new title holder to their faction.
