"The man that charisma forgot" - Fan sends disrespectful message to Ricochet; AEW star has a furious reply

A fan tried to troll Ricochet on social media with a disrespectful comment. The AEW star was not happy about it and responded accordingly.

Ricochet has been one of the top high flyers in pro wrestling for some time now, which helped him gain worldwide recognition and earned him a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment in 2018. However, after an underwhelming run towards the end of his time at the Stamford-based promotion, he left for AEW earlier this year. These last few months have been difficult for the 36-year-old. He has often been trolled by fans for various reasons, most of whom blame him for fiancee Samantha Irvin's departure from WWE.

Recently, the former WWE Intercontinental Champion posted a message on his X (fka Twitter) account, and a fan replied with a disrespectful comment saying that the AEW star had no charisma. The One and Only then responded sarcastically and told the fan that he wasn't going to shut up "anytime soon."

"Bruh you sound like someone out of a Nickelodeon show on a open mic. The man that charisma forgot, Ricochet 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭," the fan wrote.

Konnan claims Ricochet might have backstage heat in AEW

Ricochet made his AEW debut in the Casino Gauntlet Match at All In on August 24. However, he failed to win the bout, which raised a lot of eyebrows. The former WWE Superstar then went on a brief winning streak but has not been able to win at a PPV yet. He lost at All In, WrestleDream, and Full Gear.

Speaking on his Keepin' It 100 podcast, Konnan claimed that Ricochet's poor bookings could be a result of backstage heat in the company. According to him, The One and Only is known for his outspoken nature which could've rubbed someone high up the wrong way.

"He hasn't been used well. When they brought him in for that gauntlet, he should have won. Maybe, who knows backstage I can ask people that would know that maybe he's more outspoken now... Since he wasn't used well in WWE and you have only a small window to make that big money, okay, if not you're on the indies grinding and he probably maybe more outspoken, and that's gotten him heat but, bro, they used them wrong from the minute he came in," Konnan said.
