AEW is set to present its final pay-per-view of the year this Saturday with Worlds End 2024. During the media call for the event, Tony Khan was asked about a significant set of allegations that had been brought forward against his company and one of its legal personnel.

It was earlier this month that Jaime Hawn shared her account of her interactions with the Tony Khan-led promotion in the wake of surviving a violent assault at the hands of her former partner and former AEW producer BJ Whitmer in 2023. All Elite Wrestling fired Whitmer in June last year following his arrest on charges of strangulation and burglary.

Hawn said she received financial and other support channels from then-AEW Chief Legal Officer Megha Parekh after discussions of her experience with Whitmer. However, the relationship between the two parties changed after Chris Peck took over Parekh's role in September, and as per Hawn's narrative, the latter seemingly not only displayed interest in curtailing the aid she received from the company but even involved outside legal representation in a later meeting where it was insinuated that she was trying to elicit "financial gain" from AEW.

Hawn alleged she had to sign an NDA with the company to continue receiving support. The NDA enjoined confidentiality for all parties unless dealing with court orders or subpoenas. She claims Peck breached the same NDA by sharing inaccurate details of her engagement with All Elite Wrestling with Whitmer's criminal defense team. This eventually led to the mother of three facing homelessness and losing custody of her children.

During the media call for the upcoming Worlds End pay-per-view, Tony Khan was asked if he could remark on Jaime Hawn's allegations against his promotion and its personnel.

"I cannot. Thanks for asking," Khan said. [H/T - Fightful]

It remains to be seen how the Jacksonville-based company will resolve matters with Hawn.

During the same media call, Tony Khan was also asked about the possibility of Ricky Starks being featured on Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen on January 1. The Absolute has been absent from All Elite programming for several months now.

Without confirming Starks' status for the upcoming show, TK praised his company's roster and indicated that fans would have to tune in to find out which would appear on the New Year's special program.

Worlds End is set to air from Orlando, Florida, on December 28.
