WWE legend Bully Ray has advised Tony Khan not to give up on a 35-year-old star in AEW. The talent in question is 35-year-old wrestler Rush.

As MJF and Rush's rivalry is seemingly coming to an end after this week's Dynamite, the Jacksonville-based promotion teased a potential collaboration between the Mexican luchador and the leader of The Don Callis Family.

After his loss to The Salt of the Earth in the show, Callis went to Rush's locker room and spoke to him in Spanish. It looked like he was lending him a supportive shoulder.

Wrestling legend Bully Ray commented on the segment on the latest edition of the Busted Open podcast and even shared a bit of advice for Tony Khan. He asked the AEW head to keep pushing Rush into the spotlight. He also suggested that a team-up with Don Callis might also benefit the company. He said:

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

"I know Don Callis later on in the show approached a very, very angry Rush in the back. But I think he said to him in Spanish, 'Eh, you're welcome in my house anytime,' or basically, 'My house is your house'. Rush and Don Callis could be a deadly combination. I hope AEW and Tony Khan doesn't give up on Rush too quick. There is money in this guy as a credible killer heel. You saw it and you heard it tonight." [5:36 - 6:09]

Who is going to be MJF's next rival in AEW?

MJF took on Rush in his return match in the promotion. He secured a big win over his opponent. After his victory, he found out that his next opponent would be CMLL star Hechicero, who he will face at AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door 2024.

Later in the show, the wrestling fans witnessed Daniel Garcia defeat Rhett Titus in a singles match. Following the bout, Cage of Agony (Brian Cage, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona) and Hechicero attacked Garcia and Matt Menard (who was ringside in the commentary section.).

Garcia and Daddy Magic struggled to strike back, but fortunately, The Wolf of Wrestling came for the save. However, he couldn't be of much help, as he was outnumbered. To everyone's surprise, Will Ospreay rushed to the ring and beat down the attackers.

After the Cage of Agony and Hechicero retreated, MJF and Ospreay had an intense stare-down in the middle of the ring, hinting at a potential feud soon.
