All three members of The Hurt Syndicate have now debuted in AEW. However, a veteran feels Tony Khan has already made a mistake with the group.

Disco Inferno is the latest to comment on The Hurt Syndicate. A few weeks ago, MVP made his debut in All Elite Wrestling and confronted Prince Nana. He even offered his managerial services to Swerve Strickland.

Over the weeks, MVP continued to target Prince Nana and then Shelton Benjamin joined him after he debuted on the fifth anniversary episode of Dynamite. The 51-year-old and Benjamin then came face-to-face with Swerve at WrestleDream 2024 where the latter turned down MVP's offer to manage him.

This week on Dynamite, Strickland and Benjamin faced off in the ring and it was the former who came out on top. Following the match, MVP made a phone call and Bobby Lashley came out. The Hurt Syndicate attacked Swerve and Prince Nana in the ring.

Speaking on his Keepin' It 100 Official podcast, Disco Inferno said that Tony Khan already made a mistake with The Hurt Syndicate by having Shelton Benjamin lose to Swerve Strickland.

"I don't think you needed the Shelton loss here. If you're gonna have Bobby Lashley have him come out and interfere something. Shelton didn't need the loss. Swerve didn't need the win going with him," he said. [25:00 - 25:16]

Swerve Strickland reacts after Bobby Lashley attacked him during AEW debut

Bobby Lashley's AEW debut got a lot of fans excited because they were finally going to get a version of the erstwhile Hurt Business in AEW. However, his debut didn't impress anyone.

Swerve Strickland was on the receiving end of a massive beatdown by The Hurt Syndicate as they sent a message to the entire locker room. Following the assault, Swerve took to his X (fka Twitter) account to react.

"Okay.... where do we begin," he wrote.

It will be interesting to see how The Hurt Syndicate will be booked in All Elite Wrestling going forward.
