Mercedes Mone FKA Sasha Banks only debuted in AEW earlier this year, however, she is already one of the biggest attractions in the company. She currently holds the AEW TBS Championship and the Strong Women's Championship, making her a double title holder.
Before joining the Tony Khan-led company, Mone spent a decade performing in WWE. In the Stamford-based company, she achieved immense success by winning prestigious titles such as the NXT Women's Championship, the WWE Raw Women's Championship, the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship, and more. Interestingly, fans have noticed a sharp contrast between her previous and current runs. They believe that the 32-year-old has been speaking way more on the microphone compared to her yesteryears.
Wrestling veteran Eric Bischoff is not a huge fan of the modern Mercedes Mone. In a recent episode of Wise Choices, the WCW legend accused AEW of devaluing the CEO by giving her excessive creative control. He believes that the TBS Champion does not deliver convincing promos and unlike Tony Khan, her previous employers worked around her limitations.
"WWE knew how to utilize Sasha Banks' strengths, but more importantly WWE understood her limitations and produced her around her limitations. What does Tony Khan do? He gives her the ball. He gives her creative control," said Bischoff. [H/T Wrestling Inc.]

Eric Bischoff strongly believes that AEW's Mercedes Mone shouldn't be allowed to deliver promos
In the same episode mentioned above, Bischoff stated that Mone should be kept far from a microphone because he believes that every time she speaks, her value decreases.
"She cannot carry a promo. She should never be allowed to open her mouth. Every time she opens her mouth, her stock goes down. It's to the point now where I don't know if she's worth anything," he said. [H/T Wrestling Inc.]
Mercedes Mone will defend the TBS Championship at All In 2024 against Britt Baker, which will take place later this month.
