AEW President Tony Khan has finally commented on Jon Moxley betraying reigning World Champion Bryan Danielson. The shocking moment took place at the recent All Out pay-per-view.
Bryan Danielson formed the Blackpool Combat Club alongside Jon Moxley in March 2022. Later, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta also joined the duo. However, the faction seems to be no longer a thing after what happened at All Out. At the pay-per-view, Castagnoli and Moxley betrayed The American Dragon, with The Deathrider suffocating the reigning AEW World Champion with a plastic bag as Wheeler Yuta watched helplessly.
Moxley then revealed his new faction, which consists of Marina Shafir, PAC, and Claudio Castagnoli. Meanwhile, Tony Khan recently shared his views on the former IWGP World Champion turning on Danielson at All Out.
In a recent interaction with Busted Open Radio, the company's CEO described Moxley turning on Bryan as ''life-altering'' for everyone involved.

"Originally, Bryan and I agreed to a three-year deal. Bryan won the AEW World Championship, which changed everything. I think Bryan was on a mission [in the Owen Hart Tournament]. He was inspired by a great speech by Jeff Jarrett. Bryan went on that run, and this has been this amazing thing, but quickly after that, it was a life-altering thing for everyone to have Jon Moxley turn on Bryan after all these years," Khan said. Jon Moxley is set to compete at AEW Grand Slam 2024
At the Dynamite: Grand Slam this Wednesday, The Purveyor of Violence is slated to lock horns with Darby Allin in a singles match.
The match was made official after Moxley confronted Darby two weeks ago and demanded the latter surrender his AEW World Title shot. Allin later agreed to put his number one contender's spot on the line at Grand Slam 2024.
It will be interesting to see if the erstwhile Dean Ambrose claims a shot at the AEW World Title this Wednesday.
