AEW is seemingly gaining momentum as the company prepares for two of its signature annual events—All In and All Out. Tony Khan has just issued a statement to fans as he gets an early start on celebrating two major company happenings.
AEW Dynamite 250 is set to air live this Wednesday on TBS. The 250th edition of All Elite Wresting's flagship TV show will feature two title matches and a big Champion vs. Champion bout. In addition to the loaded Dynamite, the company will celebrate the 74th birthday of its co-owner and lead investor, Shad Khan.
AEW President Tony Khan took to X today to connect with the All Elite fanbase. The son of a billionaire touted the Dynamite 250 special and his father's big day:
"Good morning! I'm very excited about this week with 2 huge milestones in the next 48 hours. Tomorrow: Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite 250th Episode special live on @TBSNetwork + Thursday: my dad's birthday! See you all TOMORROW for Wednesday Dynamite 250 live on TBS, 8pm ET/7pm CT!" Tony Khan wrote.
Forbes currently has the elder Khan listed at #176 on the real-time list of the world's billionaires. As of July 16, the Pakistani-American businessman has a real-time net worth of $12 billion.
AEW Dynamite 250 updated lineup
All Elite Wrestling will present the 250th edition of Dynamite this Wednesday on TBS. The special episode is set to take place at Simmons Bank Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Officials have announced three big matches and two segments for Dynamite 250 as of this writing. The build for All In 2024 will also continue. Below is the current lineup:
- International Champion Will Ospreay defends vs. MJF
- Mariah May will address her turn on Toni Storm
- Chris Jericho will host TV Time with The Learning Tree
- TBS Champion Mercedes Moné defends vs. Nyla Rose
- Non-Title Champion vs. Champion Match: World Champion Swerve Strickland vs. Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada
Wednesday's tapings in Arkansas will also feature the 154th edition of Rampage, which will air Friday night on TNT. No matches have been announced for Rampage as of this writing.
