A top star made some accusations against Kenny Omega and Tony Khan following last night's AEW Worlds End pay-per-view. He accused them of not doing their part in promoting another event they will be featured in.
Next week, the promotion will take part at Wrestle Dynasty, which will feature the best from AEW, NJPW, CMLL, and Stardom. Gabe Kidd will face Omega, who will compete in his first match since December last year.
Kidd took to X/Twitter to express his frustrations at AEW for not promoting his match with Kenny Omega in any capacity during his segment last night at Worlds End, considering this was his return match. He claimed that those in charge should be blamed for this, seemingly firing shots at Omega and Tony Khan himself.
See his rant below:
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
"WHAT KIND OF COMPANY “CO-PROMOTES” A SHOW IN THE TOKYO DOME AND DOESN’T ADVERTISE OR MENTION THE MATCH OF THEIR BIGGEST STAR COMING BACK FROM THE BRINK OF DEATH - ON PPV - THE WEEK BEFORE⁉️ 😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😂😭😂THE ANSWER IS ONE WITH A BUTTHURT LITTLE RAT AT THE HEALM. CRY MORE P***Y 😂😂😂" Kidd wrote.
Kenny Omega also sent a message to Gabe Kidd ahead of Wrestle Dynasty
Over the past few weeks, things have been getting even more heated between the former AEW World Champion and the Bullet Club War Dogs member.
On Christmas Day, Kenny sent a final message to Kidd ahead of their match next weekend. He claimed that one reason he worked hard to return to wrestling was to get rid of people who were tainting what he had created.
"When I thought my time was finally over, I saw a brilliant light, and like a phoenix, I was reborn from the flames. And I thought, 'Why must I continue?' It's because of you and people like you who destroyed the beauty I created... You're weak. You're riding on a legacy of what I created." said Omega.
Now, everyone will be turning their attention to next weekend, as Kenny Omega will be returning from the ashes and finally once more assuming his place in the wrestling world. This will surely be something fans across the globe will be staying tuned for.
