Most of the biggest stars in AEW are currently heels. Furthermore, apart from Private Party, not a single title holder in the company is a face.
In a recent appearance on Keepin' It 100 OFFICIAL, former WCW star Disco Inferno discussed the issues of running a wrestling program where the majority of the names are heels. He mentioned MJF, Jon Moxley, Christian Cage, and Adam Page and stated that, since none of them are faces, they are currently not able to work with each other. According to him, this is limiting AEW's opportunity to showcase compelling stories.
"Four of your top guys on your show that could be integrating with each other, doing angles with each other are all heels. That would do compelling television. MJF, Moxley, Christian and Adam Page. Like any combination of those guys against each other in a four to six week television program will be good tv. But they're all heels right now. The only babyface is Swerve. He could do good TV with any of those 5 guys. There is Orange Cassidy but those five against each other would be far more compelling television," said Disco Inferno. [4:15 - 4:55]

According to Disco Inferno, former AEW star Will Ospreay should have shaved Kyle Fletcher's hair
Will Ospreay and Kyle Fletcher are currently in an interesting feud. A few weeks ago on AEW Dynamite, the latter shaved his head in the squared circle, to dissociate from his former best friend. However, Disco Inferno believes that this story could have been more captivating had Ospreay shaved the Australian native's head instead.
"If you're gonna shave the guy's head, the guy shaved his own head, I'm like come on man you would've gotten more mileage out of doing that other way. [...] Under every circumstance, Ospreay should've shaved his [Fletcher] head to build up more heat in the feud instead of the guy shaving his own head like where's the heat now?" said the former WCW Cruiserweight Champion.
Kyle Fletcher is currently a member of the Don Callis Family. It remains to be seen what the future holds for him.
