Ahead of this week's episode of AEW Dynamite happening, Tony Khan has just made a big announcement regarding a first-time-ever trios match. This will feature the Blackpool Combat Club taking on Los Ingobernables de Japon.

This bout will highlight two major Forbidden Door matches. Jon Moxley will be taking on LIJ, the faction of his opponent at the pay-per-view Tetsuya Naito. He'll look to make an example out of his stablemates. One of the members of the faction is Shingo Takagi, who Mox's comrade in the BCC, Bryan Danielson, will be facing at the event as part of the Owen Hart Cup.

Jon Moxley, Claudio Catagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta of the BCC will take on LIJ's Shingo Takagi, Titan, and Hiromu Takahashi tomorrow. Bryan Danielson will also be available for commentary. Among the stars present, it will only be Takahashi who will be making his AEW in-ring debut. It also remains to be seen if the stable's leader, Tetsuya Naito, makes a surprise appearance.

"TOMORROW, Wed 6/26 Buffalo, NY TBS, 8pm ET/7pm CT Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite BCC @JonMoxley @ClaudioCSRO @WheelerYuta vs LIJ @Takagi__Shingo @Titan_cmll @TIMEBOMB1105" On the last Dynamite before Forbidden Door BCC fights LIJ with @bryandanielson on commentary on TBS TOMORROW!" Khan tweeted.

Which other AEW stars will be competing at Forbidden Door?

Aside from Tetsuya Naito taking on Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson facing off with Shingo Takagi, six other matches have been announced for the event. Here's a quick rundown of them.

Two more non-title singles matches will be featured during the night. MJF will face off against Hechicero from CMLL, while Orange Cassidy will share the ring with Zack Sabre Jr. in a one-on-one contest.

Two women's matches will also take center stage at the event. TBS Champion Mercedes Moné will face NJPW Strong Women's Champion Stephanie Vaquer in a title-for-title match. AEW Women's Champion Toni Storm will also be putting her title on the line against STARDOM's Mina Shirakawa.

The last two remaining matches will also be title matches, with the vacant TNT Championship up for grabs in a six-man ladder match. Konosuke Takeshita, Jack Perry, Lio Rush, Mark Briscoe, and Dante Martin are eyeing the title. The contender for the last spot will be determined this week.

The main event will feature a dream match between two of the biggest stars in the world now, Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland, for the AEW World Championship.

This being the last set of shows before the event, it remains to be seen if additional matches will be made official for the pay-per-view and the Zero Hour pre-show.
