“Took me 27 mins” - Top AEW star takes a shot at MJF after he dethrones Will Ospreay for International Title

A top AEW star trolled MJF after he captured the International Championship on Dynamite 250. The star being discussed is Swerve Strickland.

The Wolf of Wrestling defeated Will Ospreay on the 250th edition of Dynamite to win the International Championship. The match went almost an hour, with both the stars leaving everything in the ring. This bout ended Ospreay's 52-day title reign, which he won at Dynasty.

The Aerial Assassin had defended his title against Rey Fenix, Kyle O'Reilly, Brian Cage, and Daniel Garcia. He also faced Swerve Strickland at the Forbidden Door Pay-Per-View where the AEW World Championship was on the line. The electrifying bout saw the world champion retain his title in 27 minutes.

Swerve Strickland took a dig at The Wolf of Wrestling following the MJF's International Championship win on Twitter tonight. Swerve claimed that he took just 27 minutes to beat Will Ospreay while the latter took almost an hour.

"Took me 27 mins..." he wrote.

The AEW World Champion will be facing Bryan Danielson at All In after the latter won the Owen Hart Cup. Ahead of the blockbuster match, Swerve will lead Team AEW at Blood and Guts.

It remains to be who will be the MJF's first challenger after his shocking victory over Will Ospreay for the International Championship.
