A former AEW World Trios Champion seemingly refused to join The Hurt Syndicate, but there could be a major twist. The confrontation took place in the most recent episode of Collision.

The top AEW star is none other than Max Caster. He is a member of The Acclaimed, along with Anthony Bowens. The duo is set to take on La Faccion Ingobernable next week on Collision for a shot at the World Tag Team Championships in a Four-Way title match at Full Gear pay-per-view.

On the most recent episode of Collision, The Acclaimed addressed LFI ahead of their match in a backstage promo. The duo was interrupted by MVP, Shelton Benjamin, and Bobby Lashley of The Hurt Syndicate. MVP tried to convince Caster and Anthony Bowens to join his group. However, while Bowens refused the offer, Caster seemed to be agreeing with MVP's words.

There was a twist as well, as before The Acclaimed left, MVP pulled Max Caster and reminded him that he still had the business card given to him. This could be a major hint that Caster might split from Anthony Bowens and officially join The Hurt Syndicate.

Only time will tell where the story is going.
