Two former WWE Superstars have officially announced their arrival in Tony Khan's wrestling promotion. The talent in question are none other than MxM.

Mansoor and Mason Madden first joined forces in WWE in 2022, where they comprised the tag team Maximum Male Models. The duo was initially managed by Max Dupri (who would later revert to his LA Knight character) and later by Maxxine Dupri. The Maximum Male Models were drafted to Monday Night RAW in 2023. However, they would soon lose their manager as Maxxine eventually aligned herself with The Alpha Academy.

Despite their charismatic presentation and in-ring work, ma.çé and mån.sôör were released by the promotion in 2023. This did not stop the two from continuing to team up in the independent circuit, where they have competed as MxM in several companies, including DPW, GCW, Beyond, and GLEAT. Mansoor and Madden have been in talks with AEW and ROH, according to recent reports, and were supposedly backstage for the one-year anniversary episode of Collision. Now, it seems like they are on the cusp of appearing in one of Tony Khan's wrestling promotions.

The official X/Twitter account of ROH—a sister promotion to AEW, as it is also owned by Tony Khan—has posted a video revealing the imminent arrival of MxM at Ring of Honor. The video showcased both Mansoor and Mason Madden decked in highly fashionable clothing, accentuating their current gimmick.

MxM spoke about pitching their characters to Tony Khan

During a conversation with fellow former WWE Superstar Donovan Dijak on the InsideMxM Twitch channel, Mansoor and Mason Madden spoke about their interest in working with AEW.

When asked how they would pitch themselves to All Elite head honcho Tony Khan, Madden responded that they would bring their unique characters to the promotion, pointing out that the company is already replete with talented wrestlers who regularly put on top-tier matches.

"What I think we do best, is we fill a niche, like we try to do something they don't have already. And what they have already is a bunch of excellent talent and excellent matches, and I think what I would pitch for us, especially because I think we are very capable of doing it, is matches and tremendous characters. Because I think one of my favorite things on AEW is, Tony, I think, is incredible," he said. [2:03:50 -2:4:29]

It remains to be seen when MxM will make their ROH debut and whether that will lead to a prospective AEW run.
