Marko Stunt hasn't wrestled in three months. He has now provided an unfortunate health update.

Marko Stunt was heavily featured on AEW TV during the early years of the company. He formed a successful faction with Luchasaurus (now known as Killswitch) and Jack Perry. Marko gained traction for his very small stature. Being only 5' 2" made him an underdog in every match he wrestled. Despite being popular among the fans, his run in the company ended in 2022.

Since then, he went on to work in the Indies and wrestled for several promotions across the United States. He also recently made his return to AEW on the July 6, 2024 episode of Collision where he faced his former stablemate, Jack Perry. This was also his last wrestling match as he hasn't stepped back into the ring since.

Recently, Marko Stunt took to his X (fka Twitter) account to provide a health update saying he didn't know how much longer he would be able to wrestle due to some health issues.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

"Gonna be super transparent: Got some health stuff going on. Idk how much more I’m gonna physically wrestle, which kills me. I still got a bit left in me, but it’s also why I’m so focused on @PWAdrenaline right now. If I can’t wrestle, I know PWA can be a place to still create," he wrote.

Dutch Mantell reacted to Marko Stunt's return to AEW

When Marko Stunt returned to AEW earlier this year for his match against Jack Perry, it caught a lot of people off guard. Several people have given their thoughts on it in the aftermath.

Speaking on his Story Time with Dutch Mantell show, the former WWE manager praised Stunt for taking a lot of bumps during the match despite his small frame.

"Marko Stunt, he's in that never-neverland between being an undersized individual, the old school for it was a midget. He's bigger than a midget but way, way smaller than a normal guy. So, he's how tall, five foot two? So, he's very, very short, but I will say one thing about him. I watched the match, and he worked his a** off. I mean he took some bumps that were really, really good and I mean Jack Perry will never see another match where he gets to manhandle a guy like he did," said Mantell.

We at Sportskeeda Wrestling wish him the best in his recovery from his health issues and hope that he can return to the ring someday.
