Just a few moments ago on AEW Rampage, there was an update on Saraya (fka Paige) following another loss for her earlier this week on Dynamite. The news came from Harley Cameron.

On Wednesday night, the former AEW Women's World Champion was part of a four-way match against the likes of Willow Nightingale, Jamie Hayter, and Nyla Rose. This match was made to determine who faces off against Mariah May at WrestleDream tomorrow night. Willow ended up being the victor at the end of the bout.
Tonight, Harley Cameron was interviewed by Renee Paquette to provide an update on Saraya. She mentioned how after her last match, she was reportedly incapacitated. She did not provide any further details on how long she would be out of action.

She placed the blame for this on Anna Jay as she believed that she should have come out to help them during the match as it had 'Anything Goes' rules. As a result of this, Harley claimed she had to work twice as hard, and unfortunately, someone else ended up winning. She also mentioned how even Saraya was not happy with this.
This may be the start of The Outcasts going after Anna Jay, and with her currently on a great run since coming back from Japan, this may be a tall task for them.

If allowed to produce one final storyline involving his idols, he would have Orton lock horns with John Cena, would be their one last big feud as both of them seem to be approaching the tail end of their careers.
