AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen 2025 saw the in-ring return of Adam Copeland (FKA Edge). The WWE Hall of Famer now goes by the name Cope. In the show's main event, he and FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) locked horns with The Death Riders' Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta in a Trios match and beat them with conviction.
Fight for the Fallen took place in the Harrah's Cherokee Center in Asheville, North Carolina. Interestingly, this is the city Cope, Cash Wheeler, and Dax Harwood call their home. In September 2024, Asheville was hit by a devastating Hurricane called Hurricane Helene. Even though it's been a while since this calamity occurred, the city is still recuperating.
After AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen went off the air, Rated FTR addressed fans in the arena. The faction members paid a heartfelt tribute to Asheville and the unbreakable spirits of its residents. Harwood gave an emotional speech while Cope's words fired up the crowd.
"We don't let a Hurricane keep us down, do we? No, we don't. We pick ourselves up. We dust ourselves off. We dig out and we all come and have a good time. I cannot say enough about this community. I cannot say enough about the things I saw when we went out to help some people, just like all of you did. Because we are a community. We are neighbors," Cope said.
