Bobby Lashley and the Hurt Syndicate have been put on notice by an AEW star. He also sent out a scary message saying that he would be the one to break up the Hurt Syndicate.
The Hurt Syndicate has slowly climbed the ranks in AEW after getting together less than two months ago. During that time, MVP recruited Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley to the faction.
The All Mighty has put himself in main event contention as he defeated Swerve Strickland last month at AEW Full Gear. Tony Khan announced that the Hurt Syndicate will take on The Acclaimed on Dynamite this Wednesday.
Max Caster took it upon himself to send out a message to Lashley on X/Twitter and wrote:
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
“I will be the one to break up the Hurt Syndicate and it starts now.”
Vince Russo questions how Tony Khan will book Bobby Lashley
Until now, Bobby Lashley has been booked as an unstoppable heel despite only fighting twice in AEW. He will, however, go on to fight a lot in the new year.
Vince Russo has called out Tony Khan and asked how he would book the former WWE star, given that more than half of his roster wrestles in a way that is not compatible with Lashley. He was speaking exclusively on Sportskeeda Wrestling’s The Wrestling Outlaws when he said:
"But you have to think about how am I going to book him? Who is he going to work with? Because 80 percent of our roster is this style and Bobby doesn't do that. I mean these are the questions that you got to ask beforehand Chris because once he comes in you're going to be faced with these issues."
Lashley is a heavyweight, and not many of the hard-hitting wrestlers in AEW wrestle in a style similar to Lashley’s. It will be interesting to see how Tony Khan overcomes this problem.
