[Watch] A visibly frustrated Toni Storm walks out of AEW media scrum midway

Toni Storm walked out of tonight's AEW Dynasty post-show media scrum after she was asked a controversial question regarding the future title picture of her Women's Championship.

Storm is currently in her third reign as the Women's World Champion, the most in the promotion's history. She also had her fourth straight title defense earlier tonight, as she got the upper hand against Thunder Rosa. This has been her longest reign, as she has been the champion for five months already.

During the media scrum, Storm was asked about her mentee, Mariah May, and her current standing in the AEW Rankings. She is currently ranked fourth in the singles division. A media member asked Toni Storm how things would go should May climb to number one on the rankings.

Toni Storm did not answer the question; instead, she showed her annoyance, stood up, and walked out of the media scrum. This instantly ended her turn at the press conference.

It remains to be seen why her reaction was what it was and whether she could have been offended by the question as she trusted her mentee or if she felt pressure that the situation could be possible.

Mariah May herself previously addressed something of the sort, and claimed she would rather go after the TBS Championship instead out of respect for her idol.
