Top AEW star Swerve Strickland laid out a massive challenge to a new talent this week on Dynamite. The former AEW World Champion unveiled a new tattoo on social media days after the show.

The November 6, 2024, episode of Dynamite opened with a segment featuring The Hurt Syndicate. MVP introduced and listed the previous accolades of his associates, Shelton Benjamin and Bobby Lashley, and declared their intentions in the Tony Khan-led promotion.

However, after the group alluded to dismantling Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana on Fright Night Dynamite, The New Flavor made his way out and called out Lashley to a match at Full Gear 2024 - a challenge that The Franchise Playa swiftly accepted on behalf of The All-Mighty.

Sometime earlier, just over a day after Dynamite, Strickland took to X/Twitter to share a clip of himself being tattooed over his neck.

Mark Henry's advice on escalating Swerve Strickland's feud with Bobby Lashley in AEW

AEW viewers are undoubtedly excited about Swerve Strickland feuding with Bobby Lashley and The Hurt Syndicate. Anticipation regarding the former WWE Champion's in-ring debut in the promotion is at an all-time high as the 48-year-old star's first All Elite Wrestling match will take place at Full Gear later this month.

In a recent edition of Busted Open, Mark Henry shared his views on how Tony Khan ought to book Bobby Lashley for Jacksonville-based company, emphasizing the need to establish him as a dominant figure. To that end, he even suggested that The Destroyer could be portrayed as viciously assaulting Swerve's manager, Prince Nana.

“Now you gotta give a reason of why he should be feared. Swerve — they need to find Nana bloodied up and Bobby wiping his hands off. Bobby needs to walk around there like a living, breathing horror movie, and if they do that? Then everything is fixed," Henry said.

It remains to be seen whether Swerve Strickland will be able to defeat Bobby Lashley at AEW Full Gear.
