Jon Moxley lost his IWGP World Championship to Shingo Tagaki at AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door III and some fans were surprised by the result. Now, a video has emerged of the referee seemingly botching a three-count that could have given the AEW star the win.

As Moxley hit the Paradigm Shift on his opponent, the referee appeared to hesitate a little as soon as he went for the pin. That gave Tagaki enough time to kick out, preventing Moxley from retaining his title.

A Twitter user by the name of Cyber Saiyan pointed that out and vented out his frustration and wrote:

“If Red Shoes hadn't hesitated before counting the pin Moxley would have won! Red Shoes Screwed Mox! GIVE MY GOAT A REMATCH #ForbiddenDoor,” the post read.

It will be interesting to see if Jon Moxley has anything to say about the incident on Dynamite and whether he would demand a rematch to reclaim the IWGP World Title.

Saraya reveals Jon Moxley helped her sign for AEW

Saraya has been with AEW for a few years and has achieved quite a few things there. She has now revealed that Jon Moxley was instrumental in her signing up with Tony Khan’s company.

The former WWE star was giving an interview with Izzy on Sports when she said:

"Jon Moxley actually helped me a lot. One of my best friends is Renee. I'm friends with the hubby, too. He was one of the catalysts and getting me over to AEW as well. He was on the phone with me and stuff like that. I was just like, 'I just need help I don't feel confident in myself.' So, that promo with me and Britt [Baker] where I'm being real. I'm talking about real-life stuff. Like yeah, I am sober. Yeah, I was a mess. Yes, the world saw my tapes go on the friggin' internet, just all the struggles that I went through for that year and a half. I was being real."

It is great to see someone like Moxley, who is depicted as someone who does not care for anything apart from wrestling, caring so much for his fellow wrestlers.
