Wrestling talent on hiatus reacts to ex-AEW star's big moment with The Rock: "Time can change everything QUICK"

A former AEW star reacted to an ex-WWE champion's huge segment with The Rock. Jose the Assistant was content to see his friend Ethan Page rise to new heights.

Jose the Assistant managed LFI during his time in the Jacksonville-based promotion. Unfortunately, he was released from the company last year in April 2024. For the last few months, he has been teasing an arrival in WWE's NXT brand.

Meanwhile, Ethan Page, one of the most underutilized AEW stars according to some fans, debuted on NXT in May 2024. Less than two months after his arrival, he captured the NXT Championship. After an eventful title reign, he lost the championship to Trick Williams. Despite losing the title, he has been presented as a top star in the Jacksonville-based promotion.

On NXT's New Year's Evil, Ethan Page and The Rock had a brief confrontation where the latter warned Page to not argue with his daughter Ava. Following the segment, Jose tweeted that he was happy to see the former NXT Champion share the ring with The Bramha Bull.

"You should be HAPPY and celebrate the success of friends. Ethan Page segment with The Rock. Time can change everything QUICK," he wrote.

The High Chief once again took over pro wrestling when he became a part of a historic episode of RAW on Netflix. It will be interesting to see what is next for the Final Boss during the WrestleMania season.
