Bryan Danielson had previously revealed that he would retire from full-time competition upon losing the AEW World Championship. Last night at the WrestleDream PPV, Jon Moxley defeated Bryan Danielson to win his fourth world title in the Jacksonville-based promotion. Bryan was taken out by the Blackpool Combat Club after his defeat and reportedly hung up his boots.

Bryan Danielson on what he expects from AEW after retiring
The American Dragon has reportedly retired from full-time competition following his loss against Jon Moxley at AEW WrestleDream. Bryan Danielson has been openly speaking on his retirement throughout the year and shared his thoughts on what role he could have after hanging up his boots.
In a recent chat on Gorilla Position, former WWE Champion Bryan Danielson revealed that he could help out with the creative in the promotion. He noted how Tony Khan could call him and run some ideas past him.
"So I don’t know, because I don’t know what that looks like. So like kind of how it looks now is I help with creative a little bit. And what that usually looks like is it’s not necessarily a formal creative meeting or anything like that. Tony [Khan] will call me and run some ideas past me, or he’ll say, like, ‘Hey, I was thinking of this. Do you have any ideas for this, or something like that?’" he said. [H/T - WrestleZone]
