WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair shockingly arrives in AEW

AEW Dynamite saw the arrival of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. His presence in AEW tonight was apparently Sting’s gift, as promised by Tony Khan earlier in the week.

Sting, who referenced Flair in his passionate promo last week, was shocked to see his longtime rival on Dynamite, and was visibly moved. The entire arena was shocked, along with Sting, who had Darby Allin and Tony Schiavone by his side.

Ric Flair came out strutting in his usual flashy suit and the fans were up on their feet, paying their respects to the Nature Boy. Sting and Flair both hugged it out in the ring, in what was surely an emotional moment for the both of them.

As Flair was talking and praising Sting, Christian Cage came out, along with Luchasaurus and Nick Wayne. He then went on to talk smack to both Flair and Sting, and landed a lot of insults on the two-time WWE Hall of Famer.

Cage then went on to challenge Sting and Darby Allin to a tag team match at Full Gear next month, and warned that the WCW icon’s retirement will come early if he wasn't careful.
