All hell broke loose at All Out 2024 after Bryan Danielson successfully defended his AEW World Title against Jack Perry. Jon Moxley brutally attacked Danielson and made it clear that the latter's time in the Blackpool Combat Club was over. Dutch Mantell has now reacted to the angle.

At All Out, Jon Moxley covered Danielson's face with a plastic bag and choked him. Apart from Wheeler Yuta, every other BCC member was apathetic towards the AEW World Champion. This altercation was so brutal that several fans and veterans around the world were unhappy with what they had seen.

On the Story Time with Dutch Mantell podcast, the WWE veteran spoke about the entire sequence. Mantell said he was in Moxley's place, he wouldn't have done it. Furthermore, he explained that if a person was choked with a plastic bag in real life, he could fall into a coma.

"Well, I wouldn't have done it. I really wouldn't. But, you know somebody can go into a coma. I mean if you really did that, then from lack of oxygen they pass out. Terry Funk did that and had to apologize for it. In the earlier days of wrestling, people believed that 'They can't fake this.' (...) But all of a sudden it seems like this particular show was really hardcore," said Mantell. [From 55:33 to 56:31]
