AEW star Ricochet has been very active on social media. He recently had a sarcastic reaction to a viral clip that also involved a joke about The Apex Predator, Randy Orton.

GCW (Game Changer Wrestling) held its Blood on the Hills 3 event on October 19, 2024. During the event, Sidney Akeem defeated Jack Evans in a singles match that took place at the Ukrainian Culture Center in Los Angeles, California.

A day ago, Akeem posted a highlight clip of the match on X (fka Twitter) and boasted about his and his opponent's performance. Reacting to the tweet, Mr. High Fly claimed that their performance "s**ked."

A fan on X (fka Twitter) then made a joke and mockingly compared Akeem to The Viper Randy Orton for delivering an RKO with a flip, which the former WWE star acknowledged.

The AEW star said, "This s**ks!! Not one wrestling move was done, just flip flip flip. You s*ck and can't wrestle. Just Gymnastics and Cirque du Soleil sh*t."
"Broo Randy Orton don't need to flip to give a rko, wtf is this," the fan tweeted.
The Future of Flight acknowledged, "Exactly!!"

MVP offers services to Ricochet

This week's AEW's flagship show, Wednesday Night Dynamite, episode featured Ricochet in a backstage interview calling out AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita.

He invited him to a confrontation at AEW Rampage this week. Shortly after, MVP and Shelton Benjamin interrupted his interview, and the former offered him his services. Porter also acknowledged their past in the Stamford-based promotion.

Ricochet, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin are all former WWE stars. The former WWE Speed Champion made his AEW debut at the All-In in London, England. While Hurt Syndicate members The Franchise Playa and The Gold Standard arrived in the promotion at AEW Grand Slam: Dynamite and Dynamite fifth anniversary, respectively.
