This week's episode of AEW Dynamite saw her return to the ring after a long time away. Serena Deeb confronted her challenger, Red Velvet, and the two of them put on a clinic of what a wrestling match should be.
However, Deeb's experience saw her fare better than Red Velvet in the ring. She appeared to weaken Velvet's legs throughout the match. This strategy came into effect when she smashed Velvet's legs on the mat and put her in the Serenity Lock in the middle of the ring. Velvet was unable to escape the hold and had no option but to tap out.
