AEW has many factions, but one could be brewing now that former WWE star MVP is in the mix. That is the Hurt Syndicate. The latter was a former Hurt Business member in WWE, which will be something similar.
The former WWE star made his AEW debut at Dynamite: Grand Slam on Wednesday and went on to interrupt Prince Nana and offered to become Swerve Strickland’s new manager.
That threw up a lot of curveballs, and everyone is now talking about who could be in the faction in the coming weeks and months. This article will examine four potential members of The Hurt Syndicate.
#4. MVP
This one is an obvious choice. MVP led the Hurt Business in WWE and has all the ingredients to make The Hurt Syndicate successful in All Elite Wrestling.

While his best days are behind him, he could still be a great manager. Wednesday’s interaction with Prince Nana further proves that.
Having MVP as the faction's first member will bode well for the company as he has the promo skills and knows how to handle the microphone. Additionally, his veteran will only make the proposition to join the Hurt Syndicate all the more attractive.
#3. Bobby Lashley to come to AEW
There has been a lot of talk about Bobby Lashley moving to AEW now that he is a free agent.
He definitely has the potential to become one of the company's top stars, and having him join his former friend will only make it easier.
If he makes his debut soon, doing it under the banner of The Hurt Business will help him ease his way into the company.
It will also give MVP ample ammunition to make sure that his faction is a feared one in AEW.
#2. Shelton Benjamin
If bringing in Bobby Lashley is on the cards, then why not bring the band back together by adding Shelton Benjamin as well? Like his former stablemates, Benjamin has also left WWE and is a free agent.
They will form Hurt Business’s version of the company's stable with him in the ranks. That, plus Benjamin can still have great matches in the ring, will be a bonus.
#1. Powerhouse Hobbs
Powerhouse Hobbs has been away from the ring since he injured himself in April as he took on Jon Moxley for his IWGP World Championship. After getting injured there, he has been on the mend and rehabbing well.
He recently posted a picture of himself working out in the gym, hinting that a return could be on the cards. He is currently with the Don Callis Family but could be repackaged and reintroduced as part of The Hurt Syndicate.
