AEW is known for staging high-quality matches each year and has maintained its standards in 2024. Tony Khan's promotion would treat the fans to entertaining bouts ranging from instant classic clashes to brutal brawls and straight slog fests.
However, some stars in the AEW roster competed in the most matches for the company and put in more effort than anyone. We're here to rank these stars based on their amount of matches for All Elite Wrestling and also appreciate them for going all out all year round.
#5. Former AEW International Champion Roderick Strong - 43 Matches
Roderick Strong made his All Elite debut in April 2023, and his run has been stellar. The former WWE star had been having a breakout year, proving himself to be a top talent recruit for Tony Khan's promotion.
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
Strong won several matches in the company, including against his ally, Adam Cole. He won three back-to-back bouts before competing in a standout bout against MJF at AEW Full Gear 2024.
Even after being out of action for a while after Friedman shattered his arm on Full Gear, Roderick Strong racked up an admirable total of 43 matches in 2024.
#4. Dante Martin - 46 matches
One of AEW's homegrown stars and also one of its most underrated, Dante Martin, put in a shift for the promotion in 2024. Even though it seemed that the Top Flight star has remained a background character for a while, he still delivered some stellar performances for All Elite Wrestling.
One of his most popular encounters of the year saw him face off against the Future of Flight, Ricochet, on Rampage. The two stars showed off their tremendous high-flying abilities, with Martin also reminding everyone that he's not to be overlooked.
The athletic 23-year-old star wrestled a total of 46 matches in Tony Khan's promotion, which is something to be proud of for the youngster.
#3. Kyle O'Reilly - 47 matches
Kyle O'Reilly also looked to prove his worth for All Elite Wrestling this year. He competed in 47 matches for the promotion in 2024. One of his biggest highlights was challenging Kacuzhika Okada for the AEW Continental Championship.
Kyle O'Reilly delivered a sensational performance against The Rainmaker but ultimately came up short at Battle of the Belts XII. The former WWE NXT star is now looking to make the most of 2025 after reuniting with his allies, Roderick Strong and Adam Cole, at the Worlds End 2024 pay-per-view.
#2. Claudio Castagnoli - 51 matches
Claudio Castagnoli has only added to his reputation as one of the toughest stars on the AEW roster right now. The Swiss Superman shines brighter than ever as he wreaks havoc alongside his Death Riders crew in Tony Khan's promotion.
Castagnoli has always been revered for his exceptional in-ring skills, and he put it on a nice display for the fans in many impressive matches this year. The former WWE star even challenged Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Title on Collision in April, but ultimately, Strickland bested him. With a total of 51 matches in 2024, Claudio Castagnoli continues to prove the workhorse machine he is.
#1. Orange Cassidy - 68 matches
Orange Cassidy is the star topping this list, having amassed 68 matches. The Freshly Squeezed star deserves a lot of praise for his work ethic. Despite being the chill, laid-back man he is, he's proven that he never backs down from a fight.
Cassidy recently also came off a thrilling Four-Way brawl against Jon Moxley, Hangman Page, and Jay White for the AEW World Championship at Worlds End 2024. He has also recently spoken up that he has no idea where he's headed in 2025 as well.
However, Cassidy recently announced that he would go after Hangman Page alone at Fight for the Fallen on January 1.
