Jon Moxley is one of the most provocative wrestlers in the world. Ever since his debut in AEW, he has taken his game to the next level.
On top of that, ever since Moxley became the leader of the Death Riders, there has been no stopping him. His promos are scary and can legitimately strike fear into the hearts of his opponents.
During his time in WWE, Dean Ambrose was anything but that. He was a goofy character. However, toward the end of his time there, he slowly started to embrace the dark side of his character. In one such promo, he openly mocked Triple H and said that he needed permission from his father-in-law Vince McMahon, the then head of WWE. He said:
“Oh what's the matter? Do you have to ask permission from your father in law first?”
Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.
To make matters worse, the crowd started chanting, "Yes, he does." That seemed to irk Triple H, and Jon Moxley giggled in the background. This was when he and Seth Rollins were involved in a rivalry.
Bully Ray claims AEW is getting it wrong with Jon Moxley
Jon Moxley is at the top of AEW right now. Ever since becoming the World Champion, he has been nearly unstoppable, which continued into the new year.
However, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has said something is missing in the Moxley storyline and that Tony Khan is getting it wrong with his star. Speaking on the Busted Open Radio podcast, he said:
"They're getting this so wrong it's not funny, and I don't care if Adam Copeland comes on this show, or Jon Moxley comes on this show to try and tell me I'm wrong because I'm not. If at the end of the day, Moxley wants to destroy AEW because it's turned into something that he doesn't like, he needs to paint a better picture."
It will be interesting to see how things change and whether Bully Ray likes it.
