The ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship is a trios tag team title for the tag team division of Ring of Honor. It is held by three wrestlers, making ROH one of the not-so-many promotions that promote such a title. Created in 2016, the title has since then been a regular occurrence in the programming. Since the sale to Tony Khan in 2022, the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship has also contested on the AEW weekly programs and pay-per-view events.

ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship History
Ring of Honor introduced its six-man tag team championship in 2016. It had been six years since the promotion had introduced a new title. The previous title introduced was the ROH World Television Championship in 2010. It was also for the first time in more than 25 years that a major American wrestling promotion had introduced a six-man tag team championship.
A 24-wrestler, eight-team tournament was announced to crown the inaugural champion. Finally, The Kingdom (Matt Taven, T. K. O'Ryan and Vinny Marseglia) became the inaugural champion to get the belt going.
