AEW has been heavily advertising several of their upcoming shows in the coming months, and it has just been reported that Adam Copeland (FKA Edge) and certain former WWE Superstars may have a big role in one of them. This would be Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen.

On January 1, the promotion will be making its way to Ashville, North Carolina, as they are holding Fight for the Fallen at Harrah’s Cherokee Center. Like its predecessors, the show will serve as a charity event for a certain cause. In this case, it will be for the victims of Hurricane Helene earlier in the year.

AEW has also advertised that the first-ever simulcast with Max will take place on this show. Adam Copeland and FTR reside in the area, and Fightful Select has reported that the trio was part of the reason the promotion decided to run the show there.

They believe there was a huge possibility that they would be involved with the show in some capacity, which could be where the Rated-R Superstar makes his long-awaited return.

Adam Copeland recently shared a personal update

Adam Copeland recently shared what he has been up to during his hiatus from AEW, and it seems that he is enjoying all his time with his family.

The former WWE Champion has been out of action since May, as he sustained a major leg injury at Double or Nothing. Fortunately, he has now been cleared to wrestle, so it remains to be seen when he makes his return.

On Instagram, he shared one of his personal projects, which was making customizations to one of the objects at home, seemingly owned by his daughters.

"Dad upcycle season. This was a Little Mermaid trunk. 'Dad, I’m not into The Little Mermaid now! I’d like, 'Hello Kitty;' Done, kid! Sorry, Ariel!" he wrote.

It has been six and a half months since the Rated-R Superstar suffered an injury, and so much has changed in the promotion since then. It remains to be seen how he'll re-introduce himself to the AEW roster.
