A top AEW star's contract is set to expire soon. However, he's still being advertised for upcoming shows of the Tony Khan-led promotion. The star in question is none other than Daniel Garcia.

The 25-year-old lost a hard-hitting match against MJF at the AEW All Out PPV. However, he was the last man standing as Garcia laid out MJF with a piledriver off the second rope. It was recently reported that the company chose to book MJF as the winner due to the recent contract status of Daniel Garcia.

However, a major hint about Garcia potentially staying with the promotion was recently seen on All Elite Wrestling's website. In the events section, Daniel Garcia is being advertised on the posters for the October 26 and November 2, episodes of Collision in Cedar Rapids and Philadelphia. He is also on the poster of the November 27, edition of Dynamite and Collision taping in Chicago.

Daniel Garcia wants to retire AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson

AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson stated that he will officially hang up his boots once he loses the World Championship. Jack Perry set out to retire The American Dragon at All Out however, failed to do so.

Another rising AEW star, Daniel Garcia, has expressed his intentions to potentially retire Bryan Danielson. In a recent chat on the Good Karma Wrestling Podcast, Daniel Garcia revealed his goal for the past two years has been to retire Bryan and it means more than any title to him.

"Man, I mean, the goal that I’ve had for probably the past two years, it’s really a goal that only one person can do is I really want to be the person to retire Bryan Danielson. That’s something that I really wanna do. To me, that would mean more than any title, any accolade. I feel like that’s the biggest notch in my belt that I could ever get, and that is my main focus and that is my goal.” [H/T: Ringside News]

Daniel Garcia has yet to renew his deal with the Jacksonville-based promotion. It will be interesting to see if he stays with All Elite Wrestling.
