Jon Moxley recently formed a new faction in AEW called The Death Riders, comprising Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Wheeler Yuta, and Marina Shafir. A new report has disclosed whether the group plans to add more members to its ranks.
When Jon Moxley returned from his nearly three-month hiatus, something seemed off about him. He started speaking in riddles and aligned himself with Marina Shafir. Moxley's plan became more clear at AEW All Out, where he betrayed Bryan Danielson and assaulted him. This also marked the end of the Blackpool Combat Club and the inception of The Death Riders.
The Purveyor of Violence went on to defeat Danielson for the AEW World Championship at WrestleDream 2024. Following the bout, Wheeler Yuta choked out The American Dragon with a plastic bag and turned heel in the process.
Since then, The Death Riders have waged a war against the AEW locker room, claiming that it was for the "greater good" of the company. During a recent episode of Fightful Select's Q&A podcast, Sean Ross Sapp was asked whether AEW's creative team planned to add more members to the Jon Moxley-led faction. Sapp replied that as of now the company wasn't looking to expand the stable.

Jon Moxley will defend his title at AEW Full Gear 2024
Over the past few weeks, Jon Moxley has terrorized the AEW locker room and attacked several people. Meanwhile, Orange Cassidy has stepped up to protect them from Moxley's "twisted vision" for the promotion.
Defeating Moxley for the title is one way to stop him in his tracks. Hence, both men are scheduled to lock horns at Full Gear 2024. This rivalry has gotten more personal in recent weeks after The Death Riders' brutal attack on Chuck Taylor.
Last week on Dynamite, Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy faced off against Claudio Castagnoli and PAC. However, the match ended in a no-contest after Moxley got involved and attacked the babyfaces. Luckily for Allin and Cassidy, The Conglomeration came out to save them.
This past week on Collision, The Death Riders defended their AEW World Trios Championship against The Conglomeration and won.
It will be interesting to see whether Orange Cassidy will be able to defeat Moxley and protect the future of AEW.
