Adam Copeland's possible return date has been seemingly hinted at while putting together some pieces regarding his current status and some of AEW's upcoming shows. This may take place at Fight for the Fallen.
The Rated-R Superstar has not been seen in the promotion since Double or Nothing back in May, where he sustained a major leg injury that has forced him to be on a hiatus. However, recent reports have revealed that he has been cleared for action, and he was just finishing up some prior commitments out of the ring, including the filming for the second season of Disney's Percy Jackson series.
The report mentioned that he could make his return as early as January. In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was mentioned that one of AEW's first shows that month is Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen, which will also be their first Max and TBS simulcast. This will be taking place in Ashville, North Carolina.
It is important to note that Adam Copeland resides in Ashville, and heavily contributed to their relief operations when Hurricane Helene hit the area back in September. FTR, who also resides in the area, has also been advertised for the show.

Adam Copeland recently confirmed he was ready to return to the ring
The former WWE Champion recently got to address his current status as he confirmed that he was indeed ready to get back to in-ring action.
While appearing on The Leafs Nation podcast, he looked back at the moment during Double or Nothing that caused his injury. However, he mentioned that he was now in a much better condition and was ready to go back to competing once more.
"My brain forgets I'm 51, but my body quickly reminded me, 'Yeah, you just jumped from 21 feet, a**hole. That's technically three stories. You're 51, quit it.' But I feel good. I'm ready to get back at it and to get busy again." [H/T - Fightful]
It has been six months since Adam Copeland was last seen in AEW, and a lot has changed since then. It remains to be seen how he'll find his place in the current landscape of the promotion.
