An interesting update has emerged on the status of two former WWE Superstars who recently reportedly inked a deal with Tony Khan. The talent in question are MxM (Mansoor and Mason Madden).
MxM first joined forces as Maximum Male Models during their time in WWE, aligning themselves with Max Dupri - currently going by the ring-name LA Knight - on WWE Smackdown in 2022. They would later be briefly managed by Max's storyline sibling, Maxxine Dupri. Soon, they were transferred to Monday Night RAW, however, Maxxine would leave the duo behind and link up with The Alpha Academy in 2023.
Later that year, both mån.sôör and ma.çé would be released by the Stamford-based company, after which they continued to team up in the independent circuit as MxM, competing in promotions such as DPW, BLP, GLEAT and GCW. Earlier this month, the official X/Twitter account of AEW's sister-promotion Ring of Honor shared a video package announcing the imminent arrival of Mansoor and Mason Madden. It was later reported that the two men had officially signed with AEW/ROH.
Now, a new report has emerged regarding the former WWE Superstars from Fightful Select. The report claims that MxM - identified in the aforementioned video package as MxM Collection - are currently exclusively signed with ROH. This was revealed in conjunction with further details from the report concerning changes that are supposedly in the works for the brand, which is set to be accorded its own dedicated taping shows.

Furthermore, the report noted that Ring of Honor television is expected to feature champions more prominently in the forms of appearances as well as matches. If Tony Khan is indeed looking to spruce up the production and value of ROH, two renowned stars like MxM should certainly prove to be helpful in that regard.
Ex-WWE stars MxM commented on what they would bring to the table in AEW
Mansoor and Mason Madden recently chatted with former WWE Superstar Donovan Dijak on their InsideMxM twitch channel. At one point during their discussion, MxM voiced their interest in working for AEW.
When they were asked by fans how they would pitch their characters to AEW CEO Tony Khan, Madden responded by pointing out that since the Jacksonville-based promotion has no shortage of talented wrestlers, he and Mansoor would stand out in the roster courtesy of the unique and intriguing characters that they play in addition to their in-ring work.
"What I think we do best, is we fill a niche, like we try to do something they don't have already. And what they have already is a bunch of excellent talent and excellent matches, and I think what I would pitch for us, especially because I think we are very capable of doing it, is matches and tremendous characters. Because I think one of my favorite things on AEW is, Tony, I think, is incredible," he said. [2:03:50 -2:4:29]
It remains to be seen what MxM Collection has in store for fans of ROH and possibly AEW soon.
