AEW recently presented its inaugural Dynasty pay-per-view. The event featured several must-see moments including the crowning of a new World Champion and a Match of the Year candidate. However, it was just revealed that a veteran star suffered an injury in one of the biggest matches of the night.

The Young Bucks made AEW history at Dynasty by becoming the first-ever three-time World Tag Team Champions. They won the vacant titles by winning the tournament finals Ladder Match over FTR, who also went into the match as two-time All Elite champions. Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson were assisted by Jack Perry in defeating Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler for the titles.

It was previously reported how Harwood was busted open early in the near-22-minute match, but he worked the rest of the match. Now a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that Harwood also suffered a concussion during the match.

A timeframe for Harwood's return to the ring has not been confirmed as of now. However, the 39-year-old grappler will likely miss at least a few weeks of in-ring action.

The AEW series between The Bucks and FTR is now at 2-2 following Dynasty. Their first match at Full Gear 2020 saw the EVPs win the World Tag Team Championship. Their next match saw FTR retain the AAA and ROH tag titles at Dynamite in April 2022, then the third battle came at All In 2023 as FTR retained the AEW titles.

Big matches set for preempted AEW Collision and Rampage

All Elite Wrestling will once again present three hours of TV this Saturday with Collision and Rampage airing back-to-back due to the NBA Playoffs.

Collision is set to air live on Saturday at around 8:30 pm ET, or after the NBA Playoffs go off the air on TNT. Rampage will air as soon as Collision ends, at around 10:30 pm. Both episodes are taking place at Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida.

AEW has announced two big matches for Collision, plus a debut is set to take place. Bullet Club Gold will defend the Unified World Trios Championship against Action Andretti and Top Flight, while Toni Storm will face Anna Jay. The Women's World Championship will not be on the line as this is a non-title match. Furthermore, former NXT stars Grizzled Young Veterans are set to debut, perhaps against Anthony Bowens and Billy Gunn.

Two notable matches have also been confirmed for Rampage. Former best friends Chuck Taylor and Trent Beretta will battle in a Parking Lot Brawl, while Thunder Rosa and Deonna Purrazzo will lock up in a grudge match.
