A top AEW star worked his All Out 2024 match with an injury, according to reports online. The star in question is none other than Nicholas Jackson.

The Young Bucks (Matthew and Nicholas Jackson) defended their AEW World Tag Team Championships against the Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta) at All Out. The Bucks managed to retain their titles after Matthew pinned Wheeler Yuta with a roll-up.

In the recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, it was revealed that Nick Jackson had worked the entire match with a shoulder injury he picked up on the recent episode of Collision where he competed in an eight-man tag team match against The Blackpool Combat Club and PAC.

"So, if you watched the Collision match where Nick Jackson got pinned when Claudio spun him, and then Wheeler did the dropkick, if you watch the match, he [Nick] gets pinned, and then he immediately goes for his shoulder, and he’s holding that shoulder all the way to the back. As it turned out, he got hurt in that match and worked this entire match despite being injured, and you never would have known.” [H/T - Wrestlingnews.co]

The Young Bucks sent an interesting message before competing at AEW All Out last night

AEW All Out took place from the NOW Arena in Chicago and The Young Bucks have some controversial history in the city. The show took place from the same arena in 2022 where the infamous Brawl Out incident between CM Punk and The Elite went down which led to the suspensions of both sides.

In their customary manner, they updated their bio on X (fka Twitter) before All Out. The Young Bucks stated that they hated competing in Chicago and even wrote that the first All In PPV should have been held in LA.

"Have to work in a building we hate, in a city that sucks. Oddly, there’s a plaque with our faces right outside of it. Lol. First All In should’ve been in LA tbh," they wrote.

The Young Bucks have been AEW World Tag Team Champions since the Dynasty Pay-Per-View. It will be interesting to see which tag team eventually dethrones The Young Bucks for the title.
