Britt Baker recently spoke about her current AEW rival Mercedes Mone
Former Women's World Champion Britt Baker recently returned to the Jacksonville-based promotion and kicked off a feud with Mercedes Mone. She has challenged The CEO for the TBS Title at the upcoming All In PPV event.
In an interview with Renee Paquette, The DMD opened up about her return and revealed the role Mone played in her return. Baker also praised Mercedes for choosing to sign with All Elite Wrestling and called her a dream opponent.
"First, and even now, it's exciting. She's [Mercedes Mone] arguably one of the biggest names in women's wrestling and has been for a very long time. It's cool that she chose AEW first and foremost. That was super rewarding because she's always been one of my favorite wrestlers, and I've been very open about that. I've said that in many interviews. It was always a dream match of mine," Baker said.
Mercedes Mone has yet to accept Britt Baker's challenge. It will be interesting to see if The CEO and The DMD lock horns at All In 2024.
